1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using QP Creator, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Subscription Plans & Recurring Billing

QP Creator offers paid subscription plans (including Monthly Pro and Annual Pro) as well as single-use purchases:

• Recurring Monthly & Annual Billing: By subscribing to Monthly Pro or Annual Pro, you authorize QP Creator to automatically charge your selected payment method on a recurring periodic basis until you cancel.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future billing cycle charges. You retain access until the end of your current paid billing period.
• Single File Purchases: One-time purchases (e.g. Single DOCX at ₹49) are non-recurring.

3. 3-Day 100% Refund Policy

All paid purchases are subject to our Refund Policy. Customers can request a 100% refund within 3 calendar days (72 hours) of payment. The full amount will be credited back to the original payment method. After 3 days, no refunds will be provided.

4. Use License & Content Ownership

Permission is granted to generate, download, and modify question papers for educational, instructional, and personal use. Under this license you may not:

• Attempt to reverse engineer any backend AI generation pipeline or extract API keys
• Use automated scripts or scrapers to overwhelm the service or bypass rate limits
• Resell or sublicense access to the platform without prior written consent

5. Disclaimer & AI Output

The materials and AI-generated questions on QP Creator are provided on an 'as is' basis. While we strive for high pedagogical accuracy, users are advised to review and verify question content before final classroom examination distribution.

6. Limitations of Liability

In no event shall QP Creator or its creators be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on QP Creator.

7. Modifications

QP Creator may revise these terms of service at any time without notice. By using this website, you agree to be bound by the then-current version of these terms.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in that jurisdiction.
